The original TTAA target site, which is duplicated upon insertion of the piggyBac element, is left as a single TTAA site after the element has been excised. S. agricultural exports to be biogenetic within a decade. MATERIALS AND METHODS Bacterial isolates. Two hundred and forty-two clinical isolates were obtained from the diagnostic microbiology laboratory of the Royal Victoria Hospital.
